At The Brilliant Birth Club we recognise that every birth story is important.  We are made of our stories.  They live in our bodies, alongside our babies and then long after our babies are born we carry our stories where babies once lay.
 
The Birth Reflections Package offers a safe and supportive space for you to reflect on your birth experience. The completely unique, never to be repeated event, where you met your baby.  With guidance from an experienced facilitator you will explore your recollections over two gentle and tender sessions where there is the possiblility (but no promise) to arrive somewhere new.
 
The ancient ritual of storytelling is fundamental to healing.  I use the principles of the sharing circle to create a beautiful space for you show up for yourself in an online 1-2-1 environment.  My intention with this offering is to give you the opportunity to honestly and authentically name your birth story.  With no judgement, no expectation.  You will be met with curiousity and encouragement.  Because there is an art to listening and power in witnessing and with this package, there is the potential to culivate kindness to you.
 
This package supports the postpartpartum healing journey without offering a fix. As you navigate life postpartum, be that recent postpartum or many years after your experience of birth this package is an invitation to hold space for any of the emotions that you may be experiencing. Fear, joy, anger, shame, awe... It is all welcome here.
